The city offers a $10,000 Term Life policy, only at the time of hire. To enroll, please visit Benefits no later than 7-10 days after hire.
Employees enrolled in Term Life may also take an additional Voluntary life policy at the time of hire or during Open Enrollment.

Employees who enroll in a high-deductible health plan will be provided with a Health Savings Account. Additional contributions to your HSA can be made through pre-tax payroll deductions. Your contribution amount can be changed anytime. To set up recurring contributions, fill out the below form and return to Benefits. To make a one-time contribution, contact Benefits via email.
