- Download and open the ParentSquare App.
- Enter your email or cell phone number. Note: If your email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, you can "Request Access" or call your school office and ask them to update your contact information.
- Tap Continue
- Enter your registration code sent by Email or Text and tap Continue.
- Create your password and confirm your password. Note: If your registration link has expired, a new one will need to be sent to you. Please contact your school's admin and ask for a new link to be sent to you.

To request a PowerSchool Parent account, please email parentaccountrequest@pittsfield.net. Please include your students' first and last names, and send the email from the email address we have on file for you in PowerSchool.
City Building Maintenance Work Orders:
Contact your school's senior custodian who will submit a ticket with the applicable city department.
