If your student is currently enrolled full time in a Pittsfield Public School, no registration is required.

Kindergarten (26-27) Students must be 5 years old by Sept 1, 2026.

  • (Children born between September 2, 2020- September 1, 2021; No exceptions.)

Last day for Intradistrict Transfer requests - July 15

If your family does not speak English and requires translation services, please ppsregistration@pittsfield.net to request an interpreter.

School Choice (Non-Pittsfield Residents) Must Apply HERE before Registering for placement in the Pittsfield Public School District.

For In District Transfers (Pittsfield Residents) Must Apply HERE before July 15, 2026.

To Apply for CTE at Taconic, please go the the Taconic Website. For non-Pittsfield residents, no School Choice form is required, only the CTE Application followed by the Student Registration once accepted.

Please note: Pre-Kindergarten registrations will not be accepted until after the Pre-K lottery process has concluded.

To change your student's address please provide one proof of residence to the attending school.
