Student accident insurance is offered to Pittsfield Public Schools parents and employees through ISI New England Insurance Specialist, Inc. at the following rates:

• School Time Only: $10
• School Time with Extended Dental: $18
• 24-Hour Coverage: $70
• 24-Hour Coverage with Extended Dental: $78

Enrollment forms are to be returned directly to ISI. Students may enroll at any point during the year.
