Life (Guardian)
The city offers a $10,000 term life policy, only at the time of hire. To enroll, please visit Benefits no later than 7-10 days after hire.
❗Term Life form NOT available online - VISIT BENEFITS IN PERSON
Employees enrolled in Term Life may also take an additional Voluntary life policy at the time of hire or during Open Enrollment.
Flexible Spending (FSA)
Flexible spending allows you to set aside money from your paycheck, pre-tax, to pay for healthcare and/or dependent care.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
Additional contributions to your HSA can be made through pre-tax payroll deductions. Your contribution amount can be changed anytime. To set up recurring contributions, fill out the below form and return to Benefits. To make a one-time contribution, contact Benefits via email.
