Pittsfield Public Schools and Berkshire County Head Start are offering free developmental screenings for all 3-year-old and 4-year-old children who will not be entering kindergarten in September 2016.
• March 8, 2016 Conte Community School 9:00 am-1:00 pm
• March 15, 2016 Berkshire County Head Start 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
The purpose of the screening is to identify children who may be functioning at a level below their chronological age in the areas of speech/language, cognition, social/emotional development, or physical development. All parents of 3-year-olds and 4-year olds who will not be entering kindergarten in September 2016 may take advantage of the free screenings.
