NOTICE

We have been working extra hours to try and accommodate you in signing up for Health Insurance.  If you can come during the day, please do so; we have extra staff available to assist Pamela Delmolino in processing your paperwork and getting you enrolled. 

IF you prefer to send everything to Pamela via interoffice mail, please do so but do not wait.  We have less than 50% of those with Health Insurance who have turned in their paperwork.   That means that we have yet to hear from more than 400 employees.  There is a lot of behind-the-scenes processing that Pamela has to do after you have turned in your paperwork in order to get everything to Boston on time, so PLEASE do not wait until the last minute.

Come to Mercer and sign up THIS WEEK—and as soon as possible.  I cannot stress this enough.  IF 400 + employees turn in their paperwork or show up on the 14th of May, it may be humanly impossible to process everyone.  DO NOT wait until the last minute.
